Generally, the roster is adjusted monthly by the FARM Net Manager around the first of the month. This may vary from manager to manager, but the deviation from this rule is minimal. If a FARM Net member is removed from the list and believe they should have been excused at the time of removal, they are strongly encouraged to contact the FARM Net Manager by sending an e-mail to netmanager@farmnetweb.net with a detailed explanation why the member removal should not have occurred. Even better would be to contact the FARM Net Manager to request an excused absence before being removed from the roster.
